A 16-year-old law firm reputed for its intellectual property and corporate M&A practice areas, with its main office in New Delhi. The firm’s partners (seven partners; one of-counsel) are amongst the most well-known IP and Corporate lawyers in the country.

The Challenges
- The firm’s practice volume was spilt as 75:25 between its intellectual property and corporate teams, respectively.
